Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Execution:

   • Responsible for the overall planning and execution of construction activities at the assigned site.

   • Ensures adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

   • Coordinates with engineers, technicians, and laborers to ensure smooth project progress.

• Quality Control:

   • Implements quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.

   • Conducts regular inspections to identify and rectify any defects or deviations.

   • Maintains accurate records of all construction activities and quality checks.

• Safety and Security:

   • Prioritizes safety at the worksite by implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

   • Conducts regular safety audits and takes corrective actions to address any safety hazards.

   • Ensures the security of the construction site and its assets.

• Material Management:

   • Oversees the procurement, storage, and utilization of construction materials.

   • Ensures the timely availability of materials to meet project requirements.

   • Maintains accurate inventory records of all materials used at the site.

• Communication and Coordination:

   • Maintains effective communication with the project manager, engineers, and other stakeholders.

   • Provides regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.

   • Coordinates with other departments and agencies involved in the project.

• Documentation:

   • Maintains comprehensive documentation of all project activities, including daily progress reports, inspection reports, and material usage records.

   • Ensures that all documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

 • Diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field.

 • Proven experience as a site supervisor in railway or infrastructure projects.

 • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
