Conduct daily site visits to monitor service delivery (housekeeping, security, maintenance, landscaping, etc.).
Ensure all facility operations are running as per SOPs and client SLAs.
Verify attendance, shift schedules, and deployment of manpower.
Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
Manage and supervise on-ground staff (Team Leaders, Supervisors, Housekeepers, Guards, Technicians).
Conduct daily briefings and allocate tasks.
Identify training needs and coordinate skill-building sessions.
Act as the primary operational contact for the client.
Address client complaints immediately and provide timely resolution.
Conduct periodic review meetings with clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
Implement quality control measures and conduct audits.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational checklists.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations, attendance, material consumption, and incidents.
Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
Support invoicing by verifying client sign-offs and attendance sheets.
Attend to breakdowns, emergencies, and service escalations at sites.
Coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution (maintenance, HR, admin).
Prepare incident reports.
