🔧 Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor membrane press machines for furniture components (e.g., shutters, doors).

• Ensure correct settings for temperature, pressure, and cycle timing based on product specifications.

• Conduct daily machine start-up checks and report issues to maintenance.

• Inspect finished products for quality and defects, ensuring adherence to design and finish standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the machine area.

• Record daily production data and downtime.

• Coordinate with the production and QC teams for efficient workflow.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating a membrane press machine.

• Understanding of machine settings, vacuum press operations, and related safety protocols.

• Knowledge of PVC foil application, base preparation, and finishing standards.

• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.

• Physically fit and able to work long shifts if required.
