Job Title: 2C Printing Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 2C Printing Operator to run and maintain two-color offset or flexo printing machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up the machine, monitoring print quality, ensuring timely output, and troubleshooting any mechanical or print-related issues. Attention to detail and strong technical know-how are critical for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain 2-color printing machines (offset or flexo type).

• Interpret job orders and printing instructions to prepare printing jobs accordingly.

• Mix and match inks as per color requirements and conduct test runs for calibration.

• Monitor print jobs to ensure quality standards are met (registration, color density, alignment).

• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine.

• Report any machine malfunction or material defects to the supervisor.

• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Ensure timely completion of jobs and support other operators when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating 2-color printing machines.

• Strong understanding of machine operations, print quality control, and ink usage.

• Familiarity with printing processes such as offset/flexo (mention machine brand if specific, e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, etc.).

• Ability to identify and correct common printing defects.

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours.

• ITI/Diploma in Printing Technology or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Factory/production floor environment with exposure to inks, solvents, and machinery.

• May require lifting up to 25 kg.

• PPE usage mandatory during machine operation.
