Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machines safely and efficiently as per production plans.

• Set up machines, adjust settings, and monitor operations to ensure quality output.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on machinery.

• Report any malfunctions, damages, or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.

• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Record production data and maintain log sheets accurately.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.

• Knowledge of machine operations, safety standards, and quality control.

• Ability to read and follow technical instructions or drawings (if applicable).

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle moderate lifting.

• Good teamwork, communication, and problem–solving skills.
