We are looking for a Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our team FAIFAI ENGINEERING OPC Pvt Ltd, Location Gondal Rajkot Gujrat to Laser Cutting Machine Operator you will make sure that machines, engines and mechanical systems work properly and run smoothly. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15000-30000 and growth opportunities.

🔧 Primary Responsibilities:

1. Machine Setup:

   • Set up and calibrate the laser cutting machine as per job specifications.

   • Load appropriate program files (often CNC/G-code or DXF).

   • Select and load proper materials (sheet metals, etc.) and align them on the machine bed.

2. Operation:

   • Operate laser cutting equipment safely and efficiently.

   • Monitor machine operation during cutting to detect any malfunctions or deviations.

   • Adjust machine settings such as laser speed, power, and gas pressure as needed.

3. Quality Control:

   • Inspect finished products for accuracy, dimensions, and quality using measuring tools (e.g., calipers, gauges).

   • Identify and correct defects or errors in the cut material.

4. Maintenance:

   • Perform routine maintenance on laser machines (lens cleaning, checking nozzles, changing filters, etc.).

   • Report any major faults or required servicing to the maintenance team or supervisor.

5. Reading Drawings & Blueprints:

   • Interpret and understand CAD drawings, blueprints, or work orders.

6. Material Handling:

   • Safely load and unload materials using cranes or forklifts if required.

   • Keep track of inventory used and record material usage.

7. Documentation:

   • Maintain logs of work done, settings used, and any issues encountered.

   • Update job reports and production sheets as per company standards.

8. Workplace Safety:

   • Follow all company safety protocols, including PPE usage and laser safety rules.

   • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
