Key Responsibilities:

• SMT Machine Operation: Operate and maintain automated SMT equipment to place components onto PCBs efficiently and accurately.

• PCB Assembly: Assemble and solder electronic components.

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to component placement, soldering defects, or machinery malfunctions during the production process.

• Process Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of the production line, ensuring that production targets and timelines are met.

• Documentation: Maintain records of production activities, including material usage, assembly steps, and quality checks.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and engineers to optimize the assembly process and improve production efficiency.

Educational Requirements:

• Degree: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
