A Spray Dryer for Chemical Material WDG Operator operates and maintains spray drying equipment, ensuring efficient and quality production. This involves monitoring equipment parameters, performing routine maintenance, and adhering to safety and quality guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor spray drying equipment: This includes adjusting parameters like temperature, airflow, and feed rate to achieve optimal drying conditions.

Maintain equipment: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of the spray dryer and related machinery.

Quality control: Conduct regular quality checks on the dried product and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, including batch records, logs, and samples.

Safety and GMP: Adhere to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Troubleshooting: Address operational issues and minimize downtime.
