🎓 Qualification Required:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (with 2+ years relevant experience)
  OR

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE / ME / MTech – Fresher or Experienced)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily plant operations and ensure smooth production workflow.

• Monitor manufacturing processes related to precast concrete products like gratings, frames, and catch pits.

• Coordinate with Quality Control team to maintain product quality and inspection standards.

• Plan and manage production schedules, raw material usage, and labour allocation.

• Ensure machinery maintenance, breakdown analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Implement cost-effective production techniques and reduce material wastage.

• Follow safety standards and enforce compliance with industrial protocols.

• Coordinate with dispatch & logistics for timely product delivery.

• Maintain plant documentation, shift reports, and MIS as per company standards.

• Report to Plant Manager / Operations Head.

💼 Skills & Competencies:

• Good technical knowledge of mechanical processes in a manufacturing setup

• Hands-on experience in handling production machines/tools

• Knowledge of precast / RCC / construction-related products preferred

• Strong team leadership, planning, and communication skills

• Ability to handle labour and field coordination

🕒 Working Hours:

Full-time | 6 Days a Week | Location-based presence required

💰 Salary Package:
