📝 Job Description:

We are hiring a Maintenance Head – Electrical responsible for leading and supervising the electrical maintenance activities across all manufacturing machinery and utilities in our production plant. This role is crucial to ensure smooth machine operations, minimal breakdowns, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems in production machinery.

• Troubleshoot and repair control panels, drives, PLCs, motors, and wiring issues.

• Plan and implement routine maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Maintain and manage documentation of all maintenance records.

• Ensure electrical systems meet safety regulations and energy efficiency.

• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for continuous plant operation.

• Manage a team of electricians or junior technicians (for experienced candidates).

📚 Qualification & Eligibility:

• Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)

• Experience:

  • Freshers: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000/month

  • Experienced (2–4 yrs): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month

• Gender: Male Candidates Only

• Age Limit: 22 to 40 years

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Benefits: PF + ESI

✅ Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of industrial electrical circuits & machine wiring.

• Knowledge of PLC systems, electrical panels, and motor controls.

• Familiarity with industrial automation and safety compliance.

• Basic understanding of mechanical interfaces with electrical components.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lead and manage a small technical team (for experienced candidates).
