We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Technician at Akshat Autoline Pvt. Ltd. who will be responsible for performing preventive and routine maintenance of machines, equipment, and utilities to ensure smooth production operations. The candidate will be expected to diagnose faults, repair breakdowns, and proactively maintain equipment to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules (PM) for machines and equipment.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues in production and utility equipment.

• Maintain records of all maintenance activities and spare parts used.

• Support installation and commissioning of new machinery.

• Ensure proper usage of tools and follow safety standards during maintenance.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth plant operations.

• Identify improvement areas for equipment performance and suggest modifications.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings/manuals.

• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown handling.

• Familiar with automotive or manufacturing plant maintenance practices.

• Basic understanding of safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / DIET (Mechanical Maintenance).

• Candidates from an automotive/auto-component manufacturing background will be preferred.

• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered).
