Job Title: Machinist

Job Summary  :We are seeking a skilled Machinist to operate and maintain milling machines, surface grinding machines, and bandsaws. The candidate should be able to read technical drawings and deliver parts with precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Study materials and technical specifications.

Read and interpret mechanical blueprints.

Prepare and load raw materials on machines.

Conduct daily checks on machinery and tools.

Inspect finished parts using measuring tools.

Milling and surface grinding and can read blueprints and engineering drawings.

Should has ITI in Turner and experience in lathe, drilling, shaping, and Borgage machines.

Additional Responsibilities

Make necessary tool adjustments for accuracy and quality.

Maintain part production records and machine logs.

Follow safety standards and work procedures.

Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

ITI certification or equivalent.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

Work Schedule:

· Days: Sunday to Friday (Saturday Off)

· Shifts:

· 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

· 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

· 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

(Rotational Shifts)
