Qualification:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline (Preference: Degree/Diploma in Labour Management / HR / Industrial Relations).
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in labour management/manpower arrangement.
Candidate should have strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and manpower deployment in manufacturing/industrial/construction/piping industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange skilled and unskilled manpower as per work site requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, labour suppliers, and HR for timely deployment of manpower.
Maintain attendance, wage records,
Resolve labour-related grievances and ensure smooth workforce operations.
Monitor workforce productivity and report to management.
Ensure health, safety, and discipline among site labour.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of labour law compliances.
Ability to manage a large workforce effectively.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, record management).
Salary Offered: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience).
Duty Hours: As per site/work schedule.
