Job Title: Labelling Machine Operator (Only Male)

Job Overview:
We are looking for Labelling Machine Operator with 2-5 years of experience to operate and maintain our labelling machine while assisting workers to ensure maximum production output. The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined, hands-on with machine operation and minor repairs, and open to working in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the labelling machine efficiently to achieve maximum production output.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure smooth machine functioning.

• Keep track of daily production entries and machine performance records.

• Assist and coordinate with workers on the production line to improve efficiency.

• Identify and report machine faults or issues for timely resolution.

• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the machine and work area.

Work Hours & Overtime:

• Standard duty hours: 8.5 hours per shift

• Overtime possible: Up to 12 hours when required.

• Overtime is paid as per company policy.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience welcome.

• Basic knowledge of machine operations, repairs, and troubleshooting.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Willingness to assist workers and contribute to team productivity.

• Hardworking and adaptable to factory work conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
