Junior Machine Operator - Fabric Textile

​We are seeking a diligent and motivated Junior Machine Operator to join our team in the fabric textile industry. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. The Junior Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining textile machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

​Responsibilities

​Operate and monitor textile machines, such as looms, knitting, or finishing machines, according to production specifications.

​Ensure that machines are properly set up and stocked with materials to maintain a continuous production flow.

​Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed to optimize output and quality.

​Inspect finished textile products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

​Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

​Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report any major malfunctions or breakdowns to the supervisor.

​Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

​Collaborate with senior operators and team members to achieve production targets and improve workflow efficiency.

​Maintain accurate production logs and reports.

​Requirements

​High school diploma or equivalent.

​Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.

​Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.

​Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

​Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

​Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

​Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month.

​Bus Service: We provide bus service from Shirur, Pune.
