Key Responsibilities:

Welder:

Perform welding tasks for wagon maintenance and repair.

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Ensure welds meet safety and quality standards.

Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper condition.

Fitter:

Carry out fitting and assembly of wagon parts.

Conduct inspection, alignment, and adjustment of components.

Use hand tools and machines for repairing tasks.

Work closely with welders and helpers to complete maintenance.

Helper:

Assist welders and fitters in daily maintenance tasks.

Handle tools, materials, and equipment.

Perform cleaning and preparation work.

Support in loading/unloading and general workshop activities.

Requirements:

For Welders:

ITI certification in Welding or equivalent.

Prior experience in industrial/railway welding preferred.

For Fitters:

ITI certification in Fitting or equivalent.

Experience in wagon/industrial fitting work desirable.

For Helpers:

No formal qualification required (10th pass preferred).

Willingness to learn and support skilled workers.
