Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise daily production processes.

• Coordinate with production staff to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing production activities.

• Maintain proper documentation of production reports, shift activities, and process parameters.

• Identify and resolve minor issues during production with guidance from senior team members.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.

• Work closely with the maintenance and quality control teams.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E. (Mechanical / Chemical Engineering) – Fresher.

• Strong technical and analytical skills.
