We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fabrication operations. The role requires strong technical knowledge of welding and fabrication processes, leadership skills to manage teams, and the ability to ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints.

• Hands-on experience with TIG, MIG, and ARC welding machines.

• Assign tasks to team members while ensuring adherence to safety standards.

• Monitor work progress and ensure production schedules are met.

• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure high-quality output across all fabrication activities.

• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and drive continuous improvement.

• Apply knowledge of various surface finishing techniques in fabrication.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment effectively.

• Maintain basic documentation and reporting using computer systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / BE in Mechanical or relevant field (preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing supervision.

• Strong understanding of quality control processes.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage workforce and production under strict timelines.
