Responsibilities:
Manage the Managing Director's calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel
arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports
Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion
Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Manage and maintain records, files, and documents
Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events
Conduct research and gather information as required
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Managing Director
Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and the executive team
