 Manage and maintain records, files, and documents

 Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events

 Conduct research and gather information as required

 Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the Managing Director

 Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director and the executive team
