Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage the manufacturing process of electrical panel boards, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards are maintained while meeting production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Coordination

Supervise daily operations of electrical panel board assembly lines.

Allocate tasks and manage a team of technicians and electricians.

Monitor workflow and ensure production targets are met.

Technical Oversight

Interpret and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

Ensure panels are assembled, wired, and tested according to customer specifications and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).

Quality Control

Conduct inspections and quality checks during and after production.

Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.

Coordinate with the QA/QC team to resolve quality issues.

Process Improvement

Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.

Optimize resource utilization (materials, labor, tools).

Material & Inventory Management

Monitor and ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment.

Coordinate with the purchase and stores department for timely procurement.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain production logs, attendance records, and daily reports.

Report progress and issues to management on a regular basis.

Health & Safety

Enforce safety protocols and PPE compliance.

Ensure workplace cleanliness and safety standards.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of electrical panel board design and wiring standards.

Leadership and team management skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
