🚨 Job Opening: Despatcher

📍 Location: Padra Jambusar Road, Vadodara

󰳖 Reporting To: Plant Head / Logistics Manager

📝 Qualification:

● Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / B.A.)

● Preferred: Diploma or Certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Material Management

💼 Experience Required:

● 2 to 5 years in the Despatch or Logistics Department of a manufacturing company

● Experience with automobile or engineering component despatch preferred

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Despatch Planning & Coordination:

● Plan and execute daily despatches as per customer orders and priorities

● Coordinate with production and stores for material readiness

Documentation:

● Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and packing lists

● Ensure all documents are accurate before dispatch

Logistics Handling:

● Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely despatch● Monitor loading/unloading and ensure proper handling

System Entry & Tracking:

● Update dispatch data in ERP/inventory system

● Track shipments and ensure timely delivery

Compliance & Safety:

● Ensure GST and transportation regulation compliance

● Follow safety standards in packaging and material handling

Customer Coordination:

● Share dispatch schedules and tracking info with clients

● Address delays or delivery issues promptly

Reporting:

● Maintain dispatch records and submit daily/weekly MIS reports

🚌 Transport Facility:

Company transport available from Airport Circle, Harni Road, Vadodara at 7:30 AM
