CRM Coordinator

The CRM Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the sales, marketing, and service teams to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

• CRM Data Management

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data.

  • Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
