• Manage and operate CRM software for order tracking and billing.

• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and correct deliveries.

• Maintain daily records of orders, deliveries, and pending tasks.

• Prepare and share regular reports with management on order processing, billing, and dispatches.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in production and dispatch operations.

• Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dispatch executive or similar role.

• Good knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, and related tools).

• Experience with CRM systems and dispatch management.

• Understanding of billing and invoice verification.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
