We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines (milling/turning/lathe/other as applicable).

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.

• Set up machines with proper tools, fixtures, and materials.

• Adjust machine settings and offsets to ensure accurate production.

• Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments.

• Maintain production logs and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Troubleshoot and report any issues with machines or production processes.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.

• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve efficiency and quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/other) will be an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work in shifts and meet production targets.
