Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify CNC programs for plasma cutting based on engineering drawings and design specifications.

• Operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut metal parts accurately.

• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to plan cutting sequences.

• Select proper cutting tools, gases, and machine settings for different materials and thicknesses.

• Load and unload metal sheets/plates safely and efficiently.

• Inspect finished products for quality, precision, and adherence to specifications.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or programming issues.

• Maintain documentation of programs, production output, and machine logs.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet delivery timelines.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• ITI / Diploma / Certification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or CNC Operation.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CNC Plasma Cutting (programming and operation).

• Proficiency in CNC programming software such as AutoCAD, FastCAM, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of metals and cutting parameters for MS, SS, and aluminum sheets/plates.

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and CAD files.

• Hands-on experience with CNC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Attention to detail and strong quality orientation.

• Physically fit and able to handle material manually if needed.
