Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and motivated CNC Wood Router Operator & Designer to join our art working production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both designing and operating CNC wood routers to create high-quality autistic products as per client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and accurate CNC designs using CAD/CAM software (such as AutoCAD, ArtCAM.

• Operate CNC wood routers to produce components, furniture, panels, and decorative items.

• Read and interpret design drawings, blueprints, and technical files.

• Select appropriate cutting tools, materials, and machine settings based on design and wood and other meterial type.

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality, dimension, and finishing standards.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and clean CNC machinery to ensure smooth operation.

• Collaborate with clients, designers, and production teams to finalize design concepts.

• Follow workplace safety and health standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in CNC Wood Router operation and design.

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM design software (ArtCAM, AutoCAD).

• Understanding of various wood materials, cutting tools, and machining processes.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both design and execution.

• Ability to troubleshoot machine errors and perform basic maintenance.

• Creativity and design sense for developing customized wood patterns and reliefs.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude.

Education:

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Industrial Design, Woodworking Technology, or relevant field.
