Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our production team in Taloja. This role is open to both freshers and candidates with up to 6 years of experience. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machinery to produce precision metal components in line with technical drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or turning centres) based on job orders.

• Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Perform in-process inspections using precision tools such as callipers, micrometres, and gauges.

• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to control speed, feed, and tool paths.

• Perform routine maintenance checks and keep equipment clean and well-maintained.

• Identify and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

• Complete production logs and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.

• Fresher to 6 years of experience in CNC machine operations.

• Basic understanding of machining processes and measuring instruments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or other CNC control systems is an advantage.

• Basic troubleshooting skills for CNC machines.
