Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Jewellery Product Development Manager to lead the creation of new collections from concept to final product. The ideal candidate will combine strong design sense, technical knowledge, and production experience to bring unique jewellery pieces to market efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product development process from design concept to final sample.

• Work closely with designers, CAD teams, and manufacturers to develop new collections.

• Source and evaluate materials, stones, and findings to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

• Oversee sampling, quality checks, and production timelines.

• Research trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to guide new designs.

• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align product development with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery product development or design.

• Strong understanding of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery materials and manufacturing techniques.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and vendor management skills.

• Knowledge of CAD processes and jewellery production methods.
