     Position: Production Coordinator cum Executive Assistant cum Admin
    Department: Production / Executive Office / Administration
    Reports to: Managing Director / Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities

Production Coordination

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities.
  
  

• Prepare and update production schedules; ensure timelines are met.
  
  

• Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and quality teams for smooth workflow.
  
  

• Track material requirements, raise requisitions, and follow up with vendors.
  
  

• Maintain production records, reports, and dashboards.
  
  

• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues to management.
  
  

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality processes.
  
  

Executive Assistance

• Provide direct support to senior management (MD/CEO).
  
  

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.
  
  

• Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS for management review.
  
  

• Handle confidential correspondence and documents with discretion.
  
  

• Coordinate travel, itineraries, meetings, and events.
  
  

• Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and projects.
  
  

• Act as a communication bridge between management, teams, and external stakeholders.
  
  

Administration

• Oversee general office administration and facility management.
  
  

• Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and AMC contracts.
  
  

• Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
  
  

• Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure (IT, utilities, stationery).
  
  

• Support HR in attendance, leave records, and basic employee coordination.
  
  

• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
  
  

• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and meetings.
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably in Business Administration/Operations).
  
  

• Experience: 3–4 years in production coordination, admin, or EA roles.
  
  

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ERP knowledge is an advantage.
  
  

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  
  

• Ability to handle pressure, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
  
  

• Professional, proactive, and adaptable.
  
  

Compensation

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & skillset).
