Job Location - Mahape, Navi Mumbai Department- Production

Age - 20-25 years Gender - Male Salary Range - 18-25K per month

Division - Manufacturing Reporting To - Production Manager and Plant Head

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer - Production to join our manufacturing team. The

role involves assisting in daily production activities, ensuring quality, maintaining process discipline, and supporting the

achievement of production targets. This position is ideal for diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering who are eager

to grow and learn on the shop floor.

Job Requirements

1. Qualification:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering

2. Years of Experience:

-0 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering industry.

-Freshers with strong technical knowledge and internship exposure are welcome.

3 Skills and Competencies:

Basic understanding of mechanical processes and production operations.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

-Familiarity with tools, gauges, and measuring instruments.

-Good communication skills and a team player.

- Willingness to work in shifts and under supervision.

- Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Industry Background:

-Engineering, Fabrication, Automotive, Fire Equipment, or similar manufacturing industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing daily production plans as per instructions from the Production Supervisor or Manager.

Operate machinery and equipment as per defined SOPs.

Monitor production activities to ensure output meets quality standards and specifications.

Ensure timely material availability and reduce idle machine time.

- Make daily production reports including finished goods and rejections.

Record production data, downtimes, and report deviations to the senior team.

Support in maintaining tools, jigs, fixtures, and workplace cleanliness.

- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown reporting and resolution.

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with 5S, PPE usage, and workplace hygiene.

Participate in training, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.

Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork on the shop floor.
