Job Title:
Senior Executive – Solar & Electrical Products and GeM Portal Handling

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive to manage activities related to Solar and Electrical products, especially on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling GeM tenders, uploading products, submitting pricing, and maintaining smooth communication with clients and government departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant government tenders related to solar and electrical products on the GeM portal.

Upload product listings, specifications, and pricing accurately on the GeM portal.

Prepare and submit price bids for tenders in line with company pricing policies.

Compare product prices with competitors to ensure competitive pricing.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary product and technical details.

Communicate with government clients or departments for queries related to tenders and product submissions.

Ensure timely submission of bids and track the status of tenders.

Maintain updated records of all tender submissions, approvals, and order statuses.

Key Skills Required:
Good knowledge and experience in working with the GeM Portal.

Understanding of solar and electrical products and their market trends.

Strong price analysis and comparison skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
