We are on a growth trajectory and are now looking for motivated individuals to be part of our Operations team, which plays a critical role in expanding our client base through lead generation and client engagement.
The Operation Executive – Legal (Lead Generation) will play a key frontline role in engaging with potential business clients. The candidate will primarily focus on making outbound calls, explaining our legal services in a simple and business-relevant manner, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with our senior legal consultants.
This is a non-field, tele-calling / inside sales role designed for individuals who are confident, well-spoken, and have a passion for helping businesses grow through proper legal compliance.
The success of this position directly supports the revenue growth of the company and helps hundreds of businesses across India access professional legal help affordably and efficiently.
Make daily outbound calls to business owners, founders, or key decision-makers.
Reach out to prospects through B2B lead databases or CRM-generated contact lists.
Introduce BDS Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. and clearly explain the relevance of legal documentation services for their specific business type.
Assess the potential client's legal compliance needs (e.g., GST, Trademark, FSSAI).
Ask relevant questions to understand business type, size, and existing legal status.
Evaluate the urgency, interest, and readiness of the client to move forward.
Convert calls into qualified appointments for our senior legal consultants or advisors.
Accurately record the timing, contact details, and nature of the discussion to ensure a seamless handover.
Confirm client availability and ensure adherence to appointment slots.
Update every call’s outcome in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software (as applicable).
Tag leads as warm, hot, or cold and maintain clean and structured records.
Ensure no duplicate entries or missing fields, and keep all information accurate and up to date.
Use the standard calling script provided by the company to ensure consistency.
Personalize the conversation based on the client's tone, questions, and business context.
Avoid sounding robotic while remaining within the brand's messaging structure.
Work in close collaboration with the Senior Legal Consultants and Sales Heads.
Provide updates during daily huddles or team check-ins regarding lead quality and client interest.
Share insights from client conversations that can help improve pitch strategy or offerings.
Graduate in any stream (BCom, BBA, BA, BSc, etc.). Legal or commerce backgrounds are an advantage but not mandatory.
Prior experience in tele-calling, lead generation, inside sales, customer support, or BPO/KPO is an added advantage.
Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication skills and confidence.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
Should be comfortable explaining concepts over the phone in a persuasive and friendly manner.
Basic knowledge of regional languages (Marathi, Gujarati, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
Confidence: Comfortable making 60–80 calls per day to new leads.
Adaptability: Can handle varied client moods, objections, and basic queries.
Process-Oriented: Able to follow structured guidelines while being flexible in tone.
Basic Legal Awareness (Preferred): A general idea about GST, FSSAI, ITR, or compliance is helpful. However, complete training will be provided.
Tech Skills: Must be proficient in using Google Sheets, MS Excel, and optionally, CRM software.
Detail-Oriented: Can collect, record, and share data accurately.
Time Management: Punctual, responsible, and self-motivated with good daily discipline.
