Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Legal Executive role located in Mumbai at Rentkar. The Legal Executive will be responsible for legal document preparation, providing legal advice, expertise in property law, and conveyancing. Should have experience dealing with recovery agents, police, courts, lawyers and other legal entities. Should be able to stratergize scenarios and achieve favourabe outcomes.

Qualifications

• Law and Property Law skills

• Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Conveyancing

• Experience in providing legal advice

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

• Experience in the rental industry is a plus

• Should be a practicing lawyer

• Should have experience in criminal law
