 Greeting and assisting clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.

 Maintaining a well-organized office, reordering supplies, and ensuring equipment functionality.

 Collaborating with the marketing team for event coordination and promotional tasks when required.

 Providing IT support & regular checks on office maintenance.



Staying updated on local regulations and property details to assist in compliance and document verification.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Education: Associate’s degree or diploma in business administration or a related field.

 Experience: Previous administrative experience in the real estate or property development industry.

 Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate CRMs.

 Expertise in record-keeping and documentation.



Strong knowledge of land documents and related processes.



Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Effective verbal and written communication in Kannada and English.
