The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing statutory filings, monitoring regulatory updates, mitigating legal risks, and supporting the management team with legal and compliance advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a proper record of all legal and compliance-related documents.

• Ensure standardization of legal documentation across departments.

• Coordinate with external legal counsel when required.

• Develop, implement, and periodically review internal policies to ensure legal soundness.

• Ensure adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct, ethics, and governance standards.

• Liaise with government departments, regulators, and statutory authorities as necessary.

• Represent the company in legal proceedings, notices, or hearings when required.

• Access govt. websites & download drafting all the necessary documents.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education: Graduate preferred.
