We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our team at Boundless Environment Resource Solutions Private Limited to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹40000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and vet legal documents including but not limited to:

  • Commercial contracts

  • Service agreements

  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

  • Lease deeds, MoUs, and vendor agreements

  • Board resolutions and notices

• Ensure that all drafted documents are legally sound, minimize risks, and protect the company’s rights.

• Support company secretarial work related to drafting statutory forms, resolutions, minutes etc.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsels to finalize documentation.

• Conduct legal research and keep abreast of changes in applicable laws/regulations.

• Assist in dispute resolution by drafting notices, replies, and settlement agreements as needed.

• Maintain proper records of all contracts and legal documentation.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
