We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Notice Department Executive to manage the preparation, dispatch, and tracking of official notices within our organization. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate communication with internal departments, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and issue legal, compliance, and administrative notices as per organizational protocols.

• Coordinate with legal, HR, and operations teams to ensure notice content aligns with policy and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain a centralized database of all notices issued, including dates, recipients, and responses.

• Monitor deadlines and follow up on acknowledgments or required actions.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.

• Liaise with courier services, postal departments, and digital platforms for timely delivery.

• Prepare periodic reports on notice activity and compliance status.

• Assist in audits and legal proceedings by providing relevant document

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
