Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct property title verification and draft title reports based on the review of historical ownership documents

·         Perform due diligence for land and property transactions across urban and rural

areas

·         Review and summarize Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Wills, Partition Deeds, Khata Extracts, RTCs, Encumbrance Certificates, and other relevant property records

·         Assist in drafting and vetting agreements such as Sale Agreements, Lease Deeds,

Construction Agreements, and Power of Attorney

·         Maintain organized legal documentation and reports for clients or internal use

Supportseniorlawyersduring realestatetransactions,clientqueries,and compliance audits

Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university

·         Interest or academic exposure in property law, transfer of property act, land acquisition, stamp act, RERA etc.

·         Strong legal drafting, document review, and research skills

·         Familiarity with legal procedures related to property verification and land records

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

·         Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation tools

·         High level of integrity and strong attention to detail
