We are looking for a Legal Associate with a dual background in Company Secretary (CS) and Law (LLB) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to work on high-stake infrastructure projects, particularly in the areas of legal documentation, arbitration support, and claim quantification.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, concession agreements, and arbitration documents.

• Support in the quantification of claims for infrastructure projects, including analysis of contractual clauses, financial implications, and dispute matters.

• Provide legal compliance support for company operations in alignment with statutory requirements.

• Liaise with clients, counsels, and government authorities for legal and arbitration-related work.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely filings.

Qualifications

• LLB + Company Secretary (CS) qualification (mandatory).

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with internships in arbitration/infra advisory/legal consulting may also apply).

• Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills.

• Interest in infrastructure, contracts, and arbitration law is highly desirable.
