We are a growing Chartered Accountants firm offering services in taxation, compliance, audits, and corporate advisory. We are looking for a dedicated Legal Assistant to join our team and assist in managing legal documentation, compliance matters, and Litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents, notices, and agreements

Assisting in GST, Income Tax, and other statutory proceedings

Maintaining case records, deadlines, and compliance schedules

Researching legal provisions and case laws as required

Requirements:

Graduate in Law (LLB)

Knowledge of taxation laws and corporate compliance preferred

Proficiency in legal research

Strong drafting skills and attention to detail

Good communication skills in English and Hindi
