ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficient in managing revenue records for both agricultural and converted lands, ensuring strict compliance with legal and regulatory norms.
Fluent in Kannada (written and verbal) for seamless communication with clients, government bodies, and internal teams.
Skilled in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including:
Sale Deeds
General Power of Attorney (GPA)
Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
Sale Agreements
Partition Deeds
Release Deeds
Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
Expertise in examining the flow of title and verifying ownership history to ensure clear and marketable title.
Strong working knowledge of key property laws, especially:
Karnataka Land Reforms Act
Land Revenue Act
SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act (as applicable to land transactions)
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis related to land, property, and regulatory matters.
Provide sound legal advice and strategic guidance on land disputes, transactions, and compliance.
Draft legal opinions, memos, and briefing notes for internal and external stakeholders.
Support dispute resolution processes, including legal strategy formulation and settlement negotiations.
Ensure implementation and monitoring of all contractual and legal clauses relevant to operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally and also perform well independently when required.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to work long hours when business needs demand.
Strong analytical, legal research, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
