We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Advocate to join our real estate business and take full ownership of all legal operations, documentation and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and will be responsible for managing property agreements, due diligence, litigation matters, regulatory filings and ensuring all transactions are legally sound.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Draft, review and negotiate real estate agreements including sale deeds, lease agreements, MOUs, development agreements and power of attorney documents.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct thorough legal due diligence for property acquisition, sale and lease transactions.

•⁠ ⁠Verify title ownership, land records and encumbrance certificates to ensure legal clarity.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with government departments for property registration, stamp duty, mutation and compliance approvals.

•⁠ ⁠Handle all legal correspondence, notices and litigation related to the company’s real estate projects.

•⁠ ⁠Stay up to date with real estate laws, RERA guidelines and other relevant statutory changes.

•⁠ ⁠Represent the company before courts, tribunals and regulatory authorities if necessary.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a legal repository of all contracts, approvals and case documents.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) is an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Must be a registered Advocate under the Bar Council of India.

•⁠ ⁠5+ years of relevant experience in real estate legal operations.

•⁠ ⁠In-depth knowledge of property laws, contract law, RERA and local land regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Strong negotiation, drafting and analytical skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Preferred Attributes:

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with real estate developers, property consultants or law firms specializing in real estate.

•⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and a business-oriented mindset.

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel for site visits or legal hearings when needed.
