Job Title: Liaison Officer

Department: Public relation

Reporting To: Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) / CFO / Director (as per structure)

Location: JAIPUR

Job Purpose:

To act as the connecting link between the organization and external agencies — including government departments, regulatory authorities, vendors, and institutional partners — ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and timely resolution of matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Government & Institutional Liaison

Maintain regular contact with government offices, local authorities, and statutory bodies.

Track and follow up on submissions, approvals, NOCs, licenses, and renewals.

Represent the organization in meetings or inspections when required.

2. Internal Coordination

Work closely with departments such as Finance, Compliance, HR, and Admin for timely documentation and submissions.

Maintain detailed records of correspondence and visits.

Update management regularly on the progress of pending cases or approvals.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain files for all liaison-related activities.

Draft official letters, applications, and follow-up communications.

Prepare weekly or monthly status reports for management review.

4. Relationship Management

Build and sustain professional relationships with officials and external stakeholders.

Uphold the organization’s reputation by maintaining integrity and transparency in all dealings.

5. Support Functions

Assist management in arranging official meetings or visits involving government officials or institutional partners.

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, or legal advisors as needed.

Handle miscellaneous administrative duties linked to liaison tasks.

6. Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Sound knowledge of government procedures

Excellent record-keeping and follow-up ability.

Proficiency in Presentation

High integrity, discretion, and professional conduct.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
