Job Title: Company Secretary
Location: Mumbai
Role:
Assisting the Board of Directors, Committees, KMPs, and Senior Management in ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and corporate governance laws. The role involves implementing best-in-class governance practices, drafting policies and codes of conduct, handling secretarial compliances, coordinating Board and shareholder meetings, and maintaining statutory records.
Qualification:
• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) and Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Criteria:
• 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary
• Experience with group companies and listed entities preferred
• Proficient in:
- Company & LLP Incorporation
- ROC & SEBI Compliance, including ICDR regulations and e-form filing
- Conducting and recording Board, AGM, EGM, and Committee meetings
- Drafting Board Reports and Corporate Governance Reports
• Exposure to shareholder communication, dividends, and statutory registers
• Knowledge of corporate actions, RTA coordination, and bank due diligence
• Strong understanding of regulatory updates and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal/external stakeholders
