We are looking for a Associate Advocate to join our team at Gm Global Products And Sales Private Limited to manage legal documentation, contract reviews and compliance matters. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹30000 along with professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and review contracts, agreements and company policies

• Ensure legal compliance with local and national laws

• Maintain legal records and files for internal reference

• Coordinate with legal counsel and external authorities

• Assist in case follow-ups and court documentation

• Must be able to handle civil maters, Revenue Lands mainly

• Should be good in document scrutiny, preparing check list, giving legal opinions, Litigation and non litigation, coordination with Sub Registrars, DC Office or any state government offices.

• Preparing necessaries for land registration by preparing sale deed, sale agreement etc

• Kannada and English languages are mandatory requirement

• Good in basic computer and MS Office skills

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Strong understanding of legal terms, communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
