Position Overview
The Associate Advocate will be responsible for handling property-related legal matters, drafting and vetting real estate documents, conducting due diligence, managing RERA compliance, and supporting litigation related to land and property disputes. Key Responsibilities
1. Property Documentation & Drafting
Draft and vet Sale Deeds, Agreement for Sale, Lease Deeds, MoUs, JV/JDA agreements, POA, and Conveyance Deeds.
Review builder-buyer agreements and commercial lease agreements.
Prepare legal notices, replies, affidavits, NOCs, undertakings, and other legal documents.
2. Legal Due Diligence
Conduct title searches and title verification for land and property.
Review revenue records such as 7/12 extracts, mutation entries, property tax receipts, and other land documents.
Identify risks, encumbrances, and compliance gaps in property transactions.
3. RERA & Statutory Compliance
Handle RERA registration for projects and promoters.
Prepare and verify RERA documentation, declarations, and updates.
Ensure compliance with local laws, municipal regulations, and urban development norms.
4. Litigation Support & Dispute Resolution
Support in civil litigation, property disputes, consumer cases, and recovery matters.
