Position: Senior Advocate (Litigation)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Advocate with strong expertise in litigation and legal drafting. The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of law, the ability to quickly understand case facts, and provide effective resolutions to support our legal team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters independently before various courts and tribunals.

• Conduct client meetings to understand case details and advise on legal strategy.

• Prepare and draft pleadings, petitions, replies, affidavits, and agreements with accuracy and clarity.

• Present well-articulated arguments before the court.

• Work closely with the internal legal team and law firm partners to deliver timely case resolutions.

• Review and analyze case documents, precedents, and judgments to strengthen the firm’s position.

Requirements:

• LL.B. or higher degree in Law from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in litigation practice.

• Excellent communication, drafting, and analytical skills.

• Strong presence and confidence during court proceedings.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Location: Pitampura, New Delhi, Delhi.

Salary : Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000

( Salary structure depends on the interview. )
