Job Title: Sales Executive (Female)

Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Girl to join our team. The

successful candidate will be responsible for visiting shops, generating sales,

and building relationships with customers. A good communication skills in

Hindi, Marathi, and English are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit shops and retail outlets to promote and sell our products.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty

- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on sales leads and resolve any issues

- Identify new business opportunities and pitch our products to potential customers

- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Able to speck in Hindi, Marathi, and English languages

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure

- Relevant experience in sales or customer service would be an advantage
