Roles & Responsibilities
Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently
Assist in assembly line operations and quality checking of products
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor
Report equipment faults or safety issues to supervisors immediately
Support in achieving daily production targets
Ensure compliance with safety measures while handling tools/machinery
Perform basic maintenance and material handling as required

Skills Required:
Strong awareness of workplace safety practices
Basic understanding of mechanical operations and tools
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
High level of discipline and reliability
Good attention to detail to ensure quality output
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
