Job Overview:

We are hiring Crane Helpers to support crane operations at our yard in Mumbra and various on-site project locations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, ready to work outdoors, and willing to assist in crane assembly, disassembly, and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist crane operators during lifting operations at yard and on-site locations.

• Help with assembly and disassembly of cranes under the supervision of senior staff.

• Carry tools, secure rigging, and support in positioning crane parts.

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of crane equipment.

• Follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times.

• Support technicians and operators in daily crane-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 0–12 months of relevant experience (freshers can apply).

• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor must be able to lift 10-15 kgs.

• Willing to work in outdoor and sometimes remote job site conditions.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbra, Thane.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of mechanical tools and lifting equipment is a plus.

• Prior experience in construction, heavy equipment, or crane support roles is an advantage.
